| Friday September 3, 2010 BENNINGTON -- Two men whose sexual assault convictions were overturned by the Vermont Supreme Court had their original sentence re-imposed Friday in Bennington criminal court.
In 2003, Lonny R. Campbell, 31, and Christopher D. Wilder, 34, were convicted of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and furnishing alcohol to a minor. |

BENNINGTON -- A pickup truck backed over the nozzle of an underground propane tank on North Street Friday afternoon causing a leak and evacuation of the area.
Bennington Police Lt. Paul Doucette said the pickup "sheared the valve" of the tank, causing it to immediately leak. |
